Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechanical, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
