Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, or service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, billing issues, and order processing.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Meet daily call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat (if applicable).
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent customer service experience.


Minimum Requirements:Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role is a plus.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if required).


Preferred (but Not Required):

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer retention.
  • Familiarity with live chat or email support platforms.
  • Multilingual skills (a plus, depending on the customer base).
