Business Growth Officer

Role: Business Growth Officer 

This is a full-time field-based role for a business growth officer at Bric Fascinations Limited, Uganda. The business growth officer will be responsible for developing the company's revenue growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relations, and managing all sales and marketing operations of the agency. 

Key roles:

1. Develop and execute business growth strategies 
2. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities for the Agency. 
3. Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
4. Work with the graphics team to develop the right marketing material and content.
5. Write proposals and prepare bids 
6. Track business development metrics ( pipeline and conversion rates)
7. Coordinate events and webinars to promote Bric Fascinations' services.  
8. Any other related duties assigned by management. 

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 3 years of sales working experience 
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
4. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is a plus 
5. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies 
6. Ability to multi-task and work in a fàst paced environment 
7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related course.
