Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Tuko Digital as the ideal partner for their digital marketing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals that clearly articulate Tuko Digital's value proposition and tailor-made solutions for clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient deal progression and closure.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of Tuko Digital.
