Purpose

• Design business strategies and plans in line with the organization activities that can generate Income for .
• Collaborating with all  departments to Assess and identify new income generating activities & markets for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Minimum academic qualifications & Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or other related fields.
• At least 4 years' experience in a business management position.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Ability to form strategic relationships to further project implementation.

• Design business strategies and plans in line with the organization activities that can generate Income for
• Follow through on project funding proposals with both our international partners and locally.
• Collaborating with all  departments to Assess and identify new income generating activities & markets for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Ability to form strategic relationships to further project implementation and Facilitation of networks and linkages with relevant stakeholders and bringing new donors on board
• Oversee the operations & day to day running of all income generating activities of  like the guest house, kira farm etc
• Develop funding proposals and share available funding opportunities with the team.
• Compare cost prices and market prices of  products before suggesting the selling prices to the management.
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

Terms of employment

• Full time, 5 days a week.
