You work in a fast-paced environment, experienced and can network, engage and negotiate with clients as regards to available online services on behalf of BrighterMonday with its clientele in your assigned sector(s), where your experience will show, in soliciting for and generating new business.

This is a sales role focused on identifying customers who shall interact with Brightermonday Services in provision towards improving their processes. The role entails understanding the business and assessing the available pain points as well as opportunities that BrighterMonday can plug in the solutions.
Reporting into Head of Sales

Acquire New accounts including.
Identify immediate customer pain points.
Identify any other ancillary opportunities and position appropriate services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Obtain customer feedback regarding satisfaction as well as customer suggestions.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about service options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to customer success each and every day.
Generate qualifies and reviews renewal of accounts to drive sales opportunities to closure; have to work with outside sales (hunters) to ensure a smooth sales transaction

Key Skills and Competencies
3 years Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, B2B sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Interest in marketing services based on customer needs.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of our value proposition to our customers, and knowledge of our services.
Knowledge in use and creating collateral.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
As a customer success representative, you will receive a base salary and commissions based on activity.
Meet monthly target and bring in monthly revenues as indicated by the Line Manager
Ensure 30% of contacted clients are on-boarded and actively using our services.
Minimum of 8 meetings per week reaching out to new clients to build a sales pipeline.
Sign up 5 new Corporates per month
Sign up 2 Subscription per month.
High client contact to prospect and achieve the above set meetings typically 10X of your meeting target.
Creation of contracts.
