- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales, and multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
- Define and execute sales plans, meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities, and generating leads.
- Nurture and enhance client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing relevant insights.
- Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a system.
- Provide presentations, product demonstrations, and general support to prospective customers.
- Generate regular reports on business development metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to firm leadership.
- Update on the sales tracker to ensure coordination between the office and the field
- Generate referral-based leads from our existing clients and your networks
- Follow-up on customers to ensure proper use of the product and also generate referrals
- Collaborate with associates to develop persuasive, tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise.
- Conduct research to gather information on potential clients, industries, and competitors to support proposal customization.
- Liaise with compliance team to ensure that proposals adhere to client requirements and firm standards.
- Perform other assignments assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications for B2B
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Financial management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1-3 years in business development, marketing, or a related role within a professional services firm, preferably in the finance industry.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about company products, and learn about new products as they come in.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work produced.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about branding and marketing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, and support staff.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
