Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business developer with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. 
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 
• Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities.Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Qualify and convert leads into potential clients, driving business development activities.
• Proposals and Presentations: Create and present proposals, presentations, andcontracts to clients, adapting to their specific needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure successful delivery of client solutions
• Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and progress towardgoals, presenting findings to management.

Candidate specification

• Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Work experience. 2 years
