Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum BSc degree (Microbiology or Biochemistry)/ (Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry) or equivalent
• 5 years laboratory experience in supervisory or management capacity
• Well developed knowledge of Brewing / Packaging process (2 years) Analytical
• Interpretative
• Management Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling Numeracy (budgets, statistical analysis)
• Communication, Innovation Problem-Solving
• Team Leadership
