Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with resort standards and guest preferences.
• Provide drink recommendations and explain menu items when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory checks and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in events, theme nights, and special functions as required.
• Collaborate with other F&B team members to ensure smooth service across the resort.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality venue.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
