Job Summary

As a B2B Sales Personnel at Pine Meadouws LTD, located in Nansana, Wakiso, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by attaining new B2B clients and managing existing accounts across various parts of Uganda, including Kampala, Entebbe, Arua, Gulu, Jinja, Mbale, and Hoima. You will be responsible for the end-to-end B2B sales process, from identifying potential clients to delivering samples and negotiating payment terms. Job Description/Requirements

Location: Nansana, Wakiso (with travel to various parts of Uganda) 


Our company operates in the B2B (Business-to-Business) sector and specializes in manufacturing and distributing cleaning detergents. These cleaning detergents cater to bathroom care,  floor care, and laundry, and also include some personal care liquid items. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. B2B Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: 

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, schools,  hospitals, and dry cleaners, spas in the specified areas of Uganda. 

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing B2B clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. 

2. Product Knowledge: 

• Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including various cleaning  detergents, their applications, and benefits. 

• Provide expert advice to B2B clients on the selection and usage of our products. 

3. B2B Sales Strategy: 

• Create and execute a tailored B2B sales strategy for each target area in Uganda and or  cleaning product to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 

• Continuously analyze local market trends and competitor products to identify growth  opportunities. 

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Receive and process B2B orders promptly and accurately. 

• Collaborate closely with the production team at Pine Meadouws LTD to ensure timely  delivery of products to B2B clients' premises. 

5. Payment Collection: 

• Negotiate payment terms and communicate with cash collections team to collect payments from B2B clients in a timely manner, including cash and credit transactions. 

• Maintain meticulous records of transactions and outstanding payments. 

6. Reporting: 

• Provide regular B2B sales reports and market updates to the management team at Pine  Meadouws LTD. 

• Share valuable insights and feedback from the diverse B2B markets in Uganda to inform  product development and pricing strategies. 

7. Collaboration and Travel: 

• Work closely with the production team to guarantee product availability and quality.

 • Travel as needed to visit B2B clients across various parts of Uganda, including Kampala,  Entebbe, Arua, Gulu, Jinja, Mbale, and Hoima. 

• Identify, recruit, and train a team of Sales Representatives to expand our client  portfolio. 

• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to Sales Representatives, fostering their  professional growth and excellence in sales. 


• Previous B2B sales experience, especially in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, education,  and commercial cleaning, is preferred. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in negotiation and relationship building with B2B clients. 

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. 

• Basic knowledge of cleaning detergents and their applications is a plus. 

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Uganda.
