Auditor

A Leading Box Manufacturing Company based in Mukono is currently looking for experienced, ambitious and dynamic candidates to join our team for the following positions

Title: Auditor (Internal Audit Department) - (1 Positions)

Reports to: Group Internal Auditor

Location: Mukono

Key Responsibilities: 

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audits, documenting and testing internal controls, and preparing audit reports under the guidance of senior auditors. and will perform the following duties among others.

• Assists in the undertaking of surprise cash audits as required
• Plan and carry out risk-driven audit assignments
• Assist with pre and post-implementation reviews
• Review and complete documentation of scoping, process understanding, risk & control identification, control evaluation and observations in audit toolkit
• Administers  audit process for internal departments to ensure compliance expectations and consequences are established and met
• Recommends new reporting to accommodate changes in the business environment and/or requests from internal or external departments
• Prepare summary reports of audit findings & recommendations
• Provide recommendations of improvement.
• Participate in projects and ad hoc assignments

Qualifications and experience:

• Applicants must be holders of a Bachelor Degree in Finance & accounting  with  at least 2 years of working experience working in a similar  position
• Proven and demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written skill
