- Ready to Adopt for new software technologies and earn certifications for the related technologies
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Transforming software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary.
- Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
- Produce fully functional programs writing clean, testable code
- Create technical documentation for user support
- Suggest new features to improve program navigation and operation
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Shadow current software implementation projects and later provide level 1 support
- Attend training provided by the company and earn product certifications in varied software solutions technology to extend the software resell and implementation opportunities
