Job Description/Requirements

Provide Administrative support services to the unit.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or Management Sciences from a recognized University

Skills/Competences      

  • Computer Literacy;
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork;
  • Communication Skills.


  • Maintain electronic and manual records at the unit;
  • Supervise support staff within the unit;
  • Manage the assets of the Unit;
  • Manage logistics within the Unit;
  • Provide secretariat services to unit committees;
  • Make hotel bookings, arrange meetings, itinerary;
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
