Provide Administrative support services to the unit.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or Management Sciences from a recognized University
Skills/Competences
- Computer Literacy;
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork;
- Communication Skills.
- Maintain electronic and manual records at the unit;
- Supervise support staff within the unit;
- Manage the assets of the Unit;
- Manage logistics within the Unit;
- Provide secretariat services to unit committees;
- Make hotel bookings, arrange meetings, itinerary;
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
