I. Drafting technical drawings and plans for construction projects i.e., elevations, and relevant specifications.
II. Managing project timelines and deadlines to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
III. Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D software to create accurate and detailed architectural designs.
IV. Understanding and complying with all relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
