Accounts Supervisor

Best Ceramics Uganda Limited was established in Uganda since 2016, headquartered in Kampala plot 130-138 and 140-148,7th street industrial area and affiliated to Sunda International group of company founded in 2000 in Guangzhou China. The company deals in various products under Building Materials (BMMC), Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and Household/Hardware Material (HHMC).

We are in need of an Accounts Supervisor with 5 years of experience in accounting firm or manufacturing industry as an Accounting Manager/supervisor or Auditor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cooperate with the audit project leader to implement various implementation plans

Cooperate with the financial audit of the branch office Internal control audit

Cooperate with the implementation of special audit at headquarters

Execute inventory program

Execute Audit interview

execute inquiry procedure

Execute field observation data review data analysis program

Preparation of audit work papers audit discovery summary table first draft of the audit report.

Participate in the audit discovery communication meeting with the audited unit, and prepare meeting.

record, and cooperate with the implementation of the rectification plan.

Independently carry out audit monitoring projects assigned by department managers to guarantee project quality.

Cooperate with the implementation of various internal and external monitoring work

Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership, For example departmental administrative matters

The successful handle of URA Audit

Ensuring procedures policies legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.       

 Other duties

Education, Professional & Work Experience

The candidate must at least have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) or above

Years of work experience (More than 5 years’ experience in accounting firm or manufacture industrial as Accounting Manager/supervisor or Auditor.  

Industry experience (2 years)

 Good understanding of Uganda Tax Law；

Professional Knowledge

Proficient (MS Excel)

Familiar (Accounting Software)
