We’re Recruiting: Airbnb Manager – (Kampala) Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take charge of beautifully furnished homes that host guests from around the world? Hermie Homes is looking for a hands-on Airbnb Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our rental properties. You’ll be responsible for handling guest bookings, supervising housekeeping staff, managing utilities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take charge of beautifully furnished homes that host guests from around the world?
Hermie Homes is looking for a hands-on Airbnb Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our rental properties. You’ll be responsible for handling guest bookings, supervising housekeeping staff, managing utilities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage bookings & guest communications
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff
- Ensure homes are always guest-ready
- Monitor utilities and restock essentials
- Send weekly reports and insights in ASANA
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have experience in hospitality or Airbnb management
- Are a great communicator and problem-solver
- Are organized and detail-oriented
- Are tech-savvy and can use online platforms confidently
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Hospitality Management, Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, marketing, property management or Real Estate Any related field
