Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Agronomist at Touton SA. The Agronomist will be responsible for tasks such as soil science analysis, agricultural research, plant nutrition management, irrigation planning, and implementing sustainable farming practices. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize crop yields and ensure environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Soil Science, Agriculture, and Plant Nutrition skills
• Experience in irrigation planning and agricultural research
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and analyze data effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental management
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field
• Experience working in commodity-producing regions is a plus
