Job Summary

Reporting to the Agency Recruitment Executive of the company, the Agency Recruitment officer will, under guidance, maintain accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness; Communication to all applicants on their progress at the different stages of recruitment, Maintain accurate records of contracted interns(files and softcopy scans), Conduct reference checks for each contracted intern, Follow -up on department requisitions, Assist with organization of the company Health Initiative Rounds, Communication to terminated agents and follow-up with company items return, coordination of BOP.

Job Scope: 

Reporting to the Agency Recruitment Executive of the company, the Agency Recruitment officer will, under guidance, maintain accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness; Communication to all applicants on their progress at the different stages of recruitment, Maintain accurate records of contracted interns(files and softcopy scans), Conduct reference checks for each contracted intern, Follow -up on department requisitions, Assist with organization of the company Health Initiative Rounds, Communication to terminated agents and follow-up with company items return, coordination of BOP.

As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to successfully work in a high-activity, fast-paced environment, excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel,  has excellent customer care skills, ability to be flexible in order to deliver required tasks, excellent Time  Management Skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills. 


Principal Accountabilities: 

Recruitment and selection: 

  • Review all applicants and documents on the online recruitment portal 
  • Upload all documents on the online recruitment portal 
  • Generate Numeracy and GRIT questions for all verified applicants 
  • Organize and coordinate BOP  
  • Keep attendance registers for all applicants that attend BOP (soft copy/excel)  
  • Communicate to applicants on progress at the different stages of recruitment in a timely and  cordial manner (Shortlisted applicants, Applicants successful and not successful for training,  Applicants that can sign contracts) 
  • Source for new manpower to support the teams 
  •  Directly engage with the different leadership tiers to support their team and manpower growth


Contract signing and Handover ceremony: 

  • Assist the ARE with the coordination of the handover ceremony  
  • Conduct reference checks for all contracted interns 
  • Coordinate agency agreement signing for all agents who have qualified for licensing  
  • Upload all signed agency agreements 


Department requisitions: 

  • Follow-up with the Procurement Officer for all department requisitions 


Company Health Initiative Campaign: 

  • Tracking attendance and necessities accountability (jerseys, refreshments) 
  • Mobilizing team attendance 
  •  Frequent updates on performances per team 


Biometrics Registration for all agents 

  • Ensure biometrics for all contracted agents (both old and new) are captured within the  designated time 


Termination of Agents 

  • Contact all terminated agents to inform them about their status and ask them to return all  company property 
  • Ensure all terminated agents have termination letters on their files 


Other duties  

  • Perform any other duties as may be required by Management.

  

Core Competences Required: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised University 
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role 
  • Customer-centric 
  • Computer Proficiency.  
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Technologically inclined 
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat personality; mature, professional demeanor
