Previous administrative experience and excellent communication / customer services skills are preferred but not essential. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are considered essential.
Helping organise the Care at Home Officer's diary, supporting the admin process for all staff and our clients, maintaining Quality Assurance and auditing processes, triaging phone calls, photocopying and various other admin support the team will need.
This position will provide comprehensive admin support essential to the effective and efficient delivery of the Care at Home Service in West Ross.
