- Maintain up-to-date and proper books of accounts.
- All daily transactions posted and updated into the accounting system.
- Daily reconciliation of bank Agency transactions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Generate monthly payroll.
- Log in and file tax returns by the due dates
- Prepare monthly debtors’ and creditors’ lists.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Monthly staff payroll and remittance of statutory deductions on time.
- Annual end-of-year financial statements.
- Office administration including staff welfare, attendance, customer care
- Other administration and finance deliverables as assigned by the Managing Director.
