Roles and responsibilities:
Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career
Clear any doubts of the students regarding the pathway program.
Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and
Will be responsible for closing the lead . 80% conversion of the students who are exalted to
Assist the student in the application process for the India part of studies and direct on campus
Assisting students in the transferring process from India to abroad. Which would include
Assisting in On Campus application.
Assisting students in Visa processing.
Assisting the students in Housing
Once on campus assisting the students if any academic or non academic support is
Serves as a resource to faculty and professional staff, including at regional campuses, to help
interpret academic rules and regulations. Develops and implements in-service training
workshops, videos, and other means to improve academic advising.
Conduct engagement sessions monthly with the students to keep them engaged during the
whole process .
Complete weekly activity report to include documentation of Student application status and the
fee payment status .
Utilise phone, email, and mail to communicate with prospective students in a timely manner,
providing superior student service.
Work with prospective students to garner completed application files prior to enrollment and
efforts to increase retention.
Engaging the students during the process to increase retention.
Work with enrolled students and make sure there is a smooth transfer from India to US
