Daily posting of all company transactions into QuickBooks after obtaining all relevant supporting documents

Overseeing and supporting all office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations

Oversee hardware and engineering roles of the company including but not limited to repairs and maintenance of company equipment

Ensure to procure necessary goods and/or services from the local suppliers in strictly high-level compliance with the accounting policy

Coordinate with other divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from the local suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building sales strategy, sales projection reports, and sales pipeline and monitoring sales performance with the goal of expanding the market share
