Development and implement sales plan for our range of tracking devices which includes car, laptop, bodaboda & baby Trackers & other security devices.
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction for our range of tracking devices which includes car, laptop, bodaboda and baby Trackers.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .We are You will be expected to work on Targets and have experience in mass market selling.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences
9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
10. Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
11. Drawing sales plan and strategy
QUALIFICATION SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role (1 year)
2. Proficiency in English and Luganda
3. Sales Planning Skills
4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
5. Fast learner and passion for sales
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
7. Aptitude in delivering an attractive presentation
