Job Description

Supervisor/Manager Title: Sales Supervisor

Section: Branches

Department : Operations

Duty/responsibility
a) Sensitizing Clients about the products offered by Bayport Financial Services (U) Ltd.
b) Sourcing out Civil Servants and selling to them the Bayport loan products.
c) Selling of Education Protection Policy insurance product or any other new products.
d) Checking the authenticity of the loan documents before forwarding them to the Sales Supervisor for further check.
e) Ensuring that Bayport and the customer maintain a good and cordial business relationship. 

Responsibility:. 
The Sales Agent is responsible for the loan documents and Petty Cash in his/her custody and growing business.
Educational Requirements: 
(i) A diploma/ certificate in any business discipline.
Related Job Experience/Qualifications
No previous working experience required.
Additional skills: 
The job holder must possess the following additional skills;
(i) Inter personal skills
(ii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iii) Marketing skills
Mental Skills :
The Sales Agent must be able read and understand the loan documents in detail so as to guide the Clients.
Communication: 
Oral communication
The job holder must have a good command of English language and at least one local language.
The job holder must have excellent diplomatic and persuasive skills.
Written communication
The job holder must have good and eligible hand writing.
Contacts
Internally – The Branch Manager, Sales Supervisor, Customer Care Officer.
Externally – Clients.
Work environment: 
Since the job requires constant movements, the Sales Agent is always exposed to dust, fumes, heat, cold and accidents. Indicate the district/location preferred in your cover later.
