Ensure successful implementation of DKT’s programmatic field activities through the effective execution of work plans, monitoring & evaluation running activities, coordination of healthcare provider training, clinic/pharmacy service delivery engagements, and sub-national stakeholder engagement/management

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, transparent, and experienced person who takes responsibility of his/her department and is capable of developing adequate tools and standards to assure quality outputs.

The ideal candidate will have solid process and fiscal management skills, knowledge of non-profit and fund accounting, and a working knowledge of human resource laws and best practices.
