Job Description

Technical Services Manager – (1 Position)


Responsibilities

 Responsible for the support, supervision, directing and coordinating all activities involved in the

acquisition, operations and maintenance of automotive equipment for Service Technicians.

 Ensures high availability of company equipment at all times by ensuring that all operators and Drivers

accessed and trained in equipment management.

 Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of

equipment, and skill of personnel.

 Conducts capacity planning, develop procedures to measure the capacity of equipment strength and

make recommendation accordingly to coordinates the acquisition of additional resources.

 Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance & Investigate accidents or injuries and

prepare reports of findings.

 Confer with management to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, or identify and

review resource needs.

 Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts. Inspect, test, and

measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards

or repair requirements.

 Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational

procedures, or equipment use.

 Compute estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, or outside contractors.

 Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations,

services, or repairs. 


Senior Mechanic - 1 Position

Performs a variety of technical and skilled mechanic functions for vehicle and equipment maintenance

and repair, including, but not limited to, fleet vehicles, such as automobiles and light trucks; light and

heavy equipment, such as tractors and graders.

 Ensures that vehicles and equipment are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and

clean condition.

 Conducts road testing to ensure that vehicles and equipment operate within prescribed parameters.

 Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.

 Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify

conformance to standards or repair requirements.

 Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational

procedures, or equipment use.

 Evaluates assigned work projects, including materials and staff resources needed to perform the work;

estimates time, materials, and equipment necessary for the successful completion of work projects.

 Inspects vehicles and equipment for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and

maintenance needs to the line Manager.


Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position,

A degree in mechanical engineering, or automotive engineering

Possess a valid driving license.
