Ultiro AB is looking for a senior designer you will be primarily responsible for the management of the design function, ensuring all websites have a fully optimized UX/UI and are kept up to date with latest promotional offers and products.

With at least 3 years’ experience, you will have developed a deep understanding of the latest web design and illustrator packages i.e. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Figma. You will be fully conversant with the latest web design techniques and best practices. A good communicator who can manage multiple projects, and prioritize work with a team of designers according to business needs.

What you will need to do…
 Oversee, manage, and execute all design projects, from conception to delivery. Ensure multiple projects and priorities are managed in conjunction with agreed objectives.
 Own the brand…design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. Ensure consistency in brand delivery and tone. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
 Regularly review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality, providing guidance and support to develop personal skills/knowledge.
 Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
 Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/promotions
 Constantly improve UX/UI to deliver an optimized customer experience
 Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record-keeping and referencing
 Stay up to date with industry developments, tools and techniques ensuring best practice is shared within the team

The stuff you are doing already

 With at least 3 years’ experience as a designer, you have a great portfolio and ready to prove yourself in a leadership role. You know the software packages and know how to get the best out of them
 A self-starter, who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. Must have the ability to multi-task and work under time pressure.
 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels with stakeholders and customers
 Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
 Motivated to succeed, enthusiastic, confident, proactive, and driven.
 An ability to think “like a customer”, put yourself in their shoes, and relate that to UX/UI designs.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Computer proficiency, Inc. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and graphic design tools and packages such as Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (or similar).
 Good understanding of sales promotions and design briefs.
