Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible FMCG with a target market Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda and Eastern Congo. To drive sales, create new markets, grow sales and carry out marketing activities.

  1. Strategy
  2. Grow sales through Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda and Eastern Congo.
  3. Create awareness through marketing activities.
  4. Create markets.
  5. Aggressive sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience


  1. Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or any related discipline.
  2. At least five (5) years’ sales experience in FMCG in Uganda, South Sudan and Rwanda.
  3. Familiar with the regional countries.
  4. Ability to introduce new products in the region with proven track record on sales. 
  5. Must be based in Uganda.
