About you: You will work closely with the rest of the team in Uganda and the regional Field Operations team in order to maximize the growth of Wefarm’s Marketplace.
Build a motivated and high performing team to sell to, onboard and account manage retailers in the Wefarm network
Implement Wefarm’s Field Operations strategy in Uganda
Manage day to day of Retail network, including managing Retail Commercial Supervisors (RCRS) in Uganda and leading scalable recruitment, training and incentivization processes
Overall responsibility for achieving sales targets with your team
Lead effective management of Retail stores to optimize retailer performance and incentive schemes
Collaborate closely with other internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations & Finance.
Effectively triage and communicate feedback from your network and retailers to aid improvements to the Wefarm Marketplace Product
Prepare reports as may be required through the use of the CRM system and any other tool to enable management to make informed decisions
At least 5 years’ sales experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong track record in People Management and / or commercial roles within a consumer goods environment
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Strong track record of sales delivery
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving and project management skills

As a global business, travel is essential to who we are, and will be a perk of the job. We also host an annual whole company offsite (Wecamp), previously held in Uganda and the UK.
