Job Description

Overall Role Purpose

 

To maintain office records, archive and general filing

 

Main responsibilities            

 

·          Ensure daily backing up of all necessary data on a system data tracker/server

·          Help the staff to scan, file client’s documents, and update all financial trackers

·          Keep clients and office information/data in a safe, systematic manner and up to-date

·          Maintain of a cordial communication with clients

·          Print financial statements

·          Archive documents and filing

·          Maintain the company library

 

 

Qualifications

 

•       A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a business related field

•       Good IT skills (expert in microsoft applications – added advantage)
