Summary of Position:
The Private Events Sales Executive will work directly with the Restaurant Managers and will be responsible for assisting in the selling, planning, and coordinating of all aspects of private events and functions held within the venues to support the Restaurants to achieve the annual private event sales plan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Managers in selling private functions.
- Support Restaurant Managers with creating marketing materials to promote private events
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports, ensuring accuracy of all information
- Ensure a professional appearance is maintained by self and all private event personnel
- Assist in greeting clients the day of their events
- Ensure all payments and contracts have been received
- Ability to lead/direct a small team
- Honest, reliable and trust worthy, punctual
- Outgoing hands on attitude.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in catering and event sales
- Passionate about food and beverage service.
- High standards of dress and grooming.
