Job Description

We are a delivery company in Uganda. We need a delivery operator and administrator to organize our day-to-day delivery operation. You shall be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. You should also be familiar with MS word, MS excel, and google spreadsheets. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting to operation manager.

 

l  Arrange delivery operation among customer, drivers, and agents

l  Deliver parcel to customer at office with customer satisfaction

l  Maintain delivery agent network across Uganda

l  Handle incident and trouble shooting in daily operation

l  Manage transactions with customers and staff using petty cash book (excel)

l  Track transactions on petty cash and report any discrepancies

l  Prepare payment and receipt document

l  Order office stationery and supplies, and maintain these office supplies

l  Monitor fleet (vehicle) repair and maintenance

 

l  Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role

l  Knowledge of courier and delivery procedures

l  Experience in handling petty cash

l  Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)

l  Excellent organizational and time-management skills

l  Strong written and oral communication skills

l  Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

l  (preferable) knowledge of motorcycle

 

Salary range is 300,000sh-400,000sh NET, however, it depends on the skill and experience that you have.
