Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the Management Team in handling complex transactional matters and ongoing commercial contracts.
- Supports the management team in formation or dissolution of legal entities and other routine corporate legal matters.
- Conducts legal research as needed.
- Works with Management team and staff in other corporate departments on assigned projects.
- Provides legal advice and support in all operations of the company
- Follows up on outstanding legal matters;
