The IT Solutions Manager, is responsible for developing new relationships, monitoring, coordinating, generating, and facilitating sales of Huawei IT and IT solution, using the strategic selling approach. Duties include leading an aggressive build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.

Job Description

This position is based in Kampala, and will require international travel to Rwanda, Burundi.


• Technical sales of Huawei IT solution & Huawei Cloud service

• Responsible for market development and customer relationship maintain

• Conduct workshop, to deliver solution values to Technical Advisor 

• Collect and analyze customer requirement and provide suitable solution
• Market analysis and suggest the sales strategy/product roadmap
• Product planning, analyze the technical demand/product function/license
• Analysis of the competitors’ strategy/operation
• Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge
• Execution of internal sales process.
• Responding to queries from internal and external.



Business Skills Requirements:
• Requires a bachelor’s information technologies, computer science, Automatic Control Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Excellent command in MS Office.
• Experience in IT industry (Server, Storage, Virtualization, Public Cloud, Private Cloud) will be an Advantage.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive. Desire to deliver excellent service and support.
• A keen affinity for technical products
