Job Title: FLOUR MILL LAB TECHNICIAN
Report to: Quality
candidate has excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and
follow company procedures. This position will work under the supervision of the
Quality Assurance Manager and will perform a variety a quality assurance tests
on flour and feed samples. Additional tasks will include, but not be limited
to, setting up equipment, recording results, cleaning and maintaining lab
equipment, monitoring inventory supplies and ordering when necessary.

daily logs of lab activity per company policies.

experience with usage of document control systems preferred.
knowledge of computers and basic office software.
with a formal quality system (SQF, GMP/HACCP, ISO 9001, etc.) preferred.
advantage of understanding standards of testing in relation to US EAS 768:2012,
