TPO Uganda is a national Ugandan NGO that has been operating in Uganda since 1994. Our Vision is a society where communities enjoy mental health and socio-economic wellbeing. Our program delivers child protection, economic empowerment, psychological support and prevention of violence against women and children. We are active in over 32 districts spread across 8 regions in the Country. We are now looking for focused and self-driven individuals to fill the positions of;.
Reports to the Project Coordinator and technically to the Deputy Finance Manager. FAO is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, human resources and financial functions of the project. This includes finance and accounting services, financial reporting, budget development and management, financial analysis, monitoring, utilization of funds, proper documentation and safe custody of staff files and to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as donor requirements.
Qualifications: A minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferably BCOM, with no less than stage II of ACCA and a registered member of CPA Uganda. Candidate must complete a professional qualification within two years of joining the organization.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a multi-donor environment.
