The Field Representative will implement our marketing strategy on behalf of 5 different -electronics, gadgets, and home care products manufacturers-activating their products in the last half of 2019 through brand engagement and direct-response field interactions with prospective customers-Brand activation.

Job Description

Markarian (U) Ltd is a leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face marketing teams to a diverse client base of companies in a wide range of industries including telecommunications, office products, retail, home care, energy, and financial services. Serving established and emerging market clients in the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, residential and retail channels through out-store marketing initiatives. 
 The Field Representative will implement our marketing strategy on behalf of 5 different -electronics, gadgets, and home care products manufacturers-activating their products in the last half of 2019 through brand engagement and direct-response field interactions with prospective customers-Brand activation. 

An appointment contract is provided after the successful completion of interviews and one-week field training. 
The duty station will be the Kampala Metropolitan area for training and the first phase of field activations. The Field Representative can be selected for country-wide activations as and when the need arises.  
Pay is salary and commission plus performance bonuses
 
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: 
*The ideal candidate for the Markarian (U) Ltd Field Representative job must hold at least an 0’ Level Certificate.
*Possess a strong urge to learn and explore their abilities, leadership, teamwork, and great communication skills, ability to meet goals and targets under minimal supervision.
*Prior work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital.
*Show commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, succeed in team environments.
*Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred, but not required)
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
*Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
* Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
* Analyze current trends to set future sales goals.
*Age: Male or Female aged between 18– 28  years.
