Case Medical Group is the umbrella company representing Case Medical Center, Case Medcare and the affiliated health care facilities all over the country. This group started in 1995 with Case clinic as the pioneer company and in 2005, Casemedcare was started.

Case Medical Center is a limited company duly registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council. Case Medical Center is a private health care service provider which started 20 years ago as a small clinic located on Bombo road. Over these years, it has grown to provide primary, secondary and some tertiary health care services.

JOB DETAILS:
Case Medical Centre is a modern private Hospital located in Central Business District of Kampala with an arm responsible for providing medical cover for individuals, families as well as corporate Institutions in form of a Health Management Organization. The Facility was established in 1995 as a small Clinic along Bombo Road and has since grown into a high quality one-stop Medical Centre providing first class health care services in a competent and caring environment.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuous improvement of customer service experience, create and maintain engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  •  Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven working experience as a customer service manager, retail manager or assistant manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of relationship management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools is an added advantage
  • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
