We are looking to recruit commission-based sales representatives to promote and sell our mobile and internet solutions.

Job Description

This is a commission based role with the potential for unlimited earnings depending on your ability to achieve set targets.The Sales Representatives will support the selling points for our growing market needs. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, outgoing personality and be results oriented, with demonstrated success in sales and marketing. Previous experience selling internet solutions will be an added advantage.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Generating leads by identify new and prospective clients and markets locally.
  • Tasked with meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Responsible for negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicants for this position must hold Certificates /Diplomas in any field with experience to the above.
  • A minimum of two to three years of selling experience is required
  • Experience selling internet solutions or a similar service is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Show commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Capable of seeking out and participating in local networking events .
  • Identifies prospects, customers, and referral sources, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presentation) including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Must be highly organized and self motivated.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Previous experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Skills: Maturity, Confidence, Perseverance, Patience, Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial awareness, IT skills, Negotiating skills, Numerical skills, Possess a strong sense of urgency.
