Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Achievement of Sales target of all our chemical products and raw materials for the Ugandan market
  • Development of overall regional sales plans, forecasts and stock planning
  • Identification and speareheading of potential developments
  • Develop sales strategies for business team
  • Management of credit limits for each customer
  • Manage distribution partners and logistics strategies


 The Sales Manager must hold at least a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a closely related subject. 

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, distributor sales, business development or client servicing

Additionally, it is a must, that you have business development or key account management experience selling speciality Chemicals, Synthetic Polymers and Organic Chemistry Molecules. Specific knowledge of the Health and Personal Care, Household and Industrial Detergents, Plastics, Catalyst and Polymerization Additives, Industrial Coatings or Paper and Textile industries will be advantageous.
