Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA/SG2000) is an international non-profit organization that promotes demonstration and widespread adoption of improved pre and post-production agricultural technologies for smallholder farmers in Uganda in collaboration with relevant government institutions, farmers’ organizations and the private sector.
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the non-profit organization.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant job placement must hold a Diploma or University degree in Administrative and Secretarial Duties, Human Resource Management or any other related discipline;
- At least five years’ experience in an NGO setting.
- Previous experience in the provision of efficient and professional administrative support preferably for NGOs
- Good operational knowledge and skills in computer programs, record and data management;
