For youth in areas with limited local formal industry, remote work offers higher income potential, skill acceleration, and financial independence without the friction of urban migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the national level, the landscape is aligning to support this decentralized workforce. The <a class=\"article-body-links\"target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/nilepost.co.ug\/index.php\/business\/201147\/govt-to-create-100,000-jobs-for-youths-through-business-process-outsourcing\">Uganda Ministry of ICT and National Guidance<\/a> has launched a national Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) strategy aimed at creating over 100,000 digital jobs by 2030.
