About the Work Readiness Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Work Readiness Programme aims to place qualified university graduates in private sector companies across Uganda for a six-month placement. This invaluable experience offers graduates practical insights, effectively bridging the gap between academia and industry. The programme prioritizes key sectors crucial for Uganda’s sustainable development, including construction, manufacturing (including agro-processing), ICT\/digitalization, and tourism and hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
