Topic: Creating a Winning Culture through Talent Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, August 17th, we organized our 2nd Joint Webinar with Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our guest speaker was: Ms<\/strong>. Rosemary Nakuya <\/strong>(Actg. Human Resources Director – Uganda Breweries Limited<\/em>) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that having a winning culture is key to any organization’s success. This webinar was meant to introduce some of the tools and techniques that can help you create your own winning culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topic of organizational culture is one that’s often discussed but rarely understood. What is organizational culture? How does it differ from corporate culture? And what role do leaders play in setting an organization’s culture?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started off by defining organizational culture and explaining how leaders play a huge role in setting its tone. We then discussed what metrics indicate a winning culture in an organization (e.g., employee engagement scores), whether diversity and inclusion matter for creating a winning culture (YES!), and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also talked about what metrics indicate a winning culture in an organization, and whether diversity and inclusion are important components of such a culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
